HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 5-9 days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your order to be processed for shipping.

After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

We ship from New York City.

Successfully placed orders will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation please check your spam folder- or contact us at KatKaveDesigns@gmail.com for your confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order please contact us as soon as possible at KatKaveDesigns@gmail.com WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. 

Please review and make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order with us. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original amount, excluding the shipping fee, and ask that you re-submit your order.
